Designed to enhance logistics and supply chain management, the system provides businesses with predictive analytics, greater visibility, and proactive handling capabilities.
The platform offers three service levels—Select, Preferred, and Premium—catering to industries such as healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and high-tech. Using near real-time global tracking and AI-driven insights, FedEx Surround predicts potential shipping disruptions, allowing customers to make swift, informed decisions.
